By submitting the form, you agree that you have completed your details in the knowledge that they are accurate, and that you have read and accept our terms and conditions as laid out below.

Proof of trading will be required for all new customers.

The unique Trade Products Page password you will be supplied with by 'by Nicki' must under no circumstances be passed onto any third party.

Your first order must be over the value of £150 excluding postage.

Minimum item numbers as shown on the Trade Products page must be met for each order.

Trade Products orders can be placed direct on the website at www.bynicki.co.uk in which payment must be made immediately using PayPal. Email and Mail orders are also welcome in which case payment must be made by cheque or BACS. 

For website orders the additional postage charge must be added to the basket in order to calculate the correct postage charge for a Trade order.  For mail / email orders you will be notified of the charge to be added to your cheque or BACS payment.

Postage will be via a courier of our choice.

Payment must be received in full prior to commencement of work on orders.

Delivery Times are dependant upon the size and complexity of the ordered items.  As a guide please allow six to eight weeks from ordering to dispatch.

Any breakages or problems with the order must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

We will not supply more than one shop in the same local area. 

We do not permit any person to sell our items as their own design or make.  We do not allow our products to be sold on sites such as eBay without prior consulation and written consent from 'by Nicki'.

Due to the handmade nature of the items supplied some fabrics, sizes or shapes of certain natural items may vary slightly from that shown in any pictures but they will always represent closely the items ordered.  If for any reason stock of a chosen item is unavailable 'by Nicki' will contact you with an alternative. 

'by Nicki' is unable to make condition or warranty as to the suitability of goods for any particular purpose and it shall be the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that any goods supplied are suitable, or put them into such a condition as will render them suitable for their particular purpose.

Prices may change without any prior notification.

If you cancel your order this must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.  Orders will be processed after this 24 hour cooling off period and cancellations received after this time will be dealt with at the discretion of 'by Nicki' and only a partial refund may be given.
 
All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products, text and design on our website / marketing material are and will remain the property of 'by Nicki'. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.  

Our products are sold as decorative items and are NOT suitable for children, food use or pets.

'by Nicki' will contact you via email to inform you of new items, special offers and other information which we deem relevant to you.  We will under no circumstances pass any of your details to any third parties.
