By submitting the Wholesale Application Form on www.bynicki.co.uk, you agree that you have completed your details in the knowledge that they are accurate, and that you have read and accept our terms and conditions as laid out below.

Proof of trading and premises will be required for all new customers.   

We only supply our items at trade prices to bone-fide retailers who have actual gift shop premises.  We do not supply to solely web based businesses. 

Upon checking your provided trading details and acceptance of your company 'by Nicki' will supply you with the Wholesale Prices and Order Form which under no circumstances should be passed onto any third party.

'by Nicki' reserve the right to decline any wholesale application.

Your first order must be over the value of £150 excluding postage.

Minimum item numbers as shown on the Wholesale Order Form must be met for each order.

The Wholesale Order form must be used in conjunction with the website at www.bynicki.co.uk.

Payment is required for all Wholesale Orders upon ordering.  Payment must be made by cheque made payable to 'by Nicki' or BACS for which details will be supplied upon your request.  Payment must be received in full prior to commencement of work on orders.

Postage of orders will be via Royal Mail, ParcelForce or via a courier of our choice.

Delivery Times are dependant upon the size and complexity of the ordered items.  As a guide please allow six to eight weeks from ordering to dispatch.

Any breakages or problems with the order must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

We will not supply more than one shop in the same local area. 

We do not permit any person to sell our items as their own design or make.  We do not allow our products to be sold on eBay or other similar websites.

Due to the handmade nature of the items supplied some fabrics, sizes or shapes of certain natural items may vary slightly from that shown in any pictures but they will always represent closely the items ordered.  If for any reason stock of a chosen item is unavailable 'by Nicki' will contact you with an alternative. 

'by Nicki' is unable to make condition or warranty as to the suitability of goods for any particular purpose and it shall be the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that any goods supplied are suitable, or put them into such a condition as will render them suitable for their particular purpose.

Prices may change without any prior notification.

If you cancel your order this must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.  Orders will be processed after this 24 hour cooling off period and cancellations received after this time will be dealt with at the discretion of 'by Nicki' and only a partial refund may be given.
 
All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products, text and design on our website / marketing material are and will remain the property of 'by Nicki'. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.  

Our products are sold as decorative items and are NOT suitable for children, food use or pets.

'by Nicki' will contact you via email to inform you of new items, special offers and other information which we deem relevant to you.  We will under no circumstances pass any of your details to any third parties.
