Tailor Made Wedding & Party Favours Terms and Conditions

Please note these Terms and Conditions apply to tailor-made wedding favours only.   

Payment:
A deposit of 50% of your total order value is required upon placing your order. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Work will not commence on your order until the deposit has been received. The final balance of your order is required prior to dispatch of your order. I accept payments by cheque and PayPal. Cheques should be made to Nicki Ridley and sent to Rose House, Walton, Brampton, Cumbria, CA8 2DJ. When using PayPal your customer information is dealt with by using the highest standards of security. For more information on PayPal security visit www.paypal.co.uk.

Timescale:
As all items are handmade to order I do require a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks to complete an order however this timescale may increase due to the quantity of items ordered and intricacy of the design. Please order early!.

Postage, Packaging and Delivery within the UK:
Your order will be sent by special delivery and will require a signature. P&P charges will be confirmed to you upon confirmation of your order. This sum will be added to your final account for payment. I take the up most care to ensure that all items are securely packaged for transport in order for them to reach you in good condition. I will contact you once your order is complete.   Please contact me for international deliveries. 

Manufacture:
As all items are handmade to order occasionally there might be slight variations. However, I do always endeavour to keep all items in one order the same.

Returns/Refunds and Cancellations:
All my products are handmade and made to order  I am unable to accept cancellations.   I will not refund or exchange goods unless they are faulty.
