Colours Our painted items come in a range of different colours. You can view our colour range by clicking this link Colour Pallette. Payment Methods Making your purchase at 'by Nicki' is very quick and very secure with Paypal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted and you don't need to have a paypal account. To shop online just choose the quantity and select from any options that are available for your chosen item then click Add to Basket. You can now either make amendments to the quantity, Checkout or Continue Shopping. Please note when you click Continue Shopping a box may appear stating that 'the webpage is trying to close this window', just click Yes. Your basket is saved and perfectly safe and you can now continue shopping. To view your basket contents at any time just click the View Cart link below the menu. If you have any problems making a purchase then please contact me. Orders are also welcomed by Post or Email: Please click here for a printable Order Form. Payment is required by cheque or postal order made payable to 'by Nicki'. Send your order form and payment to Rose House, Walton, Brampton, Cumbria, CA8 2DJ. No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received and fully cleared. We do not have facilities to take credit card payments over the telephone.
Delivery Charges: The UK postage and packing charges are as follows: £2.99 per order up to £15.00 FREE DELIVERY per order over £100.00 All items are securely and beautifully packaged. Parcels are normally sent via first class Royal Mail which may take up to four working days to arrive. Large or heavy parcels may be sent by ParcelForce which may take up to five days. A dispatch email will be sent to you on the day we post your parcel. A proof of postage is always obtained but I am not responsible for parcels once they leave my care. No replacements or refunds will be given for lost or stolen parcels. We are not responsible for parcels being delayed by postal strikes or other unforseen ciscumstances. You are responsible for checking that you have supplied the correct delivery details to us - we are not in any way held responsible if your parcel does not arrive due to you having supplied incorrect delivery details. I aim to have orders dispatched within seven working days of your order and cleared payment being received, however, as our items are handmade to order we do ask that you please allow up to 28 days. Any severe delays due to stock levels or unforseen circumstances will be notified by email. If you do require your order in a hurry then let me know when ordering and we will see what we can do!!. International shipping We are happy to ship our products all over the world but ask that you please email me prior to placing your order for a postage quotation. General Information As the products I supply are designed and handmade they may vary slightly from the pictures shown. I am also able to customise many items so just contact me if you want something specific!. The handmade items on my website have been designed and handmade by myself so PLEASE DO NOT COPY OR RE-CREATE ANY OF THE DESIGNS. These are my copy-right designs. All of the items I supply are intended for decorative use and are NOT suitable for children, pets or for food use. Most of the items, where practical, are beautifully labelled and presented in clear cellophane bags to keep them in pristine condition and to make them ideal to give away as gifts.
Returns If you are not completely satisifed with an item then you may return it within seven days of receipt. Please email me to let me know that the parcel is being returned. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging. When I have received the item a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued via Paypal unless otherwise arranged. No postage charges will be refunded. Items made to your own specification are non refundable.
